Our coaches, dieticians and mountain-craft experts have over three decades of experience adventuring, from local micro-exploration and weekend adventures to further flung expeditions.

We offer mentoring, coaching, trail skills days, adventure planning, event support and bespoke packages for adventurers of any fitness and experience. Find out more here.

If you can't find exactly what you're looking for, get in touch to discuss your specific goals and how we can help.  We're happy to offer special rates for charities and community groups looking to increase access and representation in the outdoors.

What's in a name?

Clougha (pronounced "Cluffa" or thereabouts) is a modest hill on the outskirts of the home city of our founder, in the north west of England.  It's not particularly high or steep, but it gets the basics right, providing a great grounding in offroad running and has the enduring benefit of fantastic views (weather permitting!) of the bigger challenges ahead.
